Fertilisers

A fertiliser is a natural or synthetic, chemical-based substance that is used to enhance plant growth and fertility. Fertilisers may also enhance water retention and filter any excess liquid, hence enhancing soil effectiveness. Rolfes Agri has 8 different groups of fertilisers, each with their own products as listed below.

Ultra Bor

ULTRA BOR is a water soluble boric acid powder formulation for use as a boron fertiliser in foliar feeding, fertigation and soil application.

Boron (B) .......... 170 g/kg

ULTRA Bor is readily soluble in water and may be applied directly onto the soil and plant surfaces. ULTRA Bor can be applied with the majority of agricultural remedies. It is however advisable to do a miscibility test prior to mixing with other chemicals. Foliar feed: Use enough water to achieve a full cover spray. Do not exceed a concentration of 0,75 % (750 mℓ/100 ℓ). For sensitive crops do not exceed a working concentration of 0,15 % (150 mℓ/100 ℓ). Fertigation: ULTRA Bor can be put into solution and injected directly into the irrigation system and leach into the root zone. Soil applications: Apply as a uniform spray to the soil surface. If practical, leach boron into the root zone.
